home decorators are abundant, home stagers are different.
Home decorators work to satisfy the taste of one client,

STAGING SOUNDS EXPENSIVE. CAN I AFFORD IT? Almost

CAN’T I JUST STAGE MY HOUSE MYSELF? A homeowner is
usually unable to stage because they are emotionally
attached to the home or have lived there so long they “can’t
see the forest for the trees”. Home staging is not a
decorating exercise; it is a MARKETING exercise.

REALTOR JUST GIVE ME A FEW TIPS? Your realtor is much
too busy finding prospective buyers and doing a myriad of
other things necessary to sell your home. A realtor may not
have the time, resources or expertise to stage your home.
WHEN IS
THE BEST TIME TO HAVE A HOME STAGED? Before you list the
house is the very best time, so no prospective buyer or
other realtor sees your house unstaged. If already listed,
stage your home before an open house so new or returning
prospects will see it at its very best.
And
definitely stage your house before you consider a price
reduction.
